Boundary Tree is a service of Urban Forestry Guide. This page describes what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Intake form, text, email and phone: the information you send us about your property, the tree, the dispute and how to reach you, including photographs.
• Site analytics: standard, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). No advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To decide whether a report will help you, to quote and schedule, and to write the report.
• Nothing you send is shared with tree-service companies, with your neighbor, or with any third party except as required to deliver the service you ordered (for example, a surveyor you ask us to coordinate with) or as required by law or a court.
• Report files are retained for seven years because disputes resurface.
