What happens next

We read it and reply within one business day. If a report will not help you, we say so and point you to who can: a surveyor, a contractor, a mediator, an attorney, or a sister site for a permit or defensible-space issue.
Fee in writing, deposit, visit booked. Visits within 7 days. We tell you what to have ready: any letters, prior photos, your title report if the line is in question.
Report in 7 to 10 business days. Signed PDF. We walk you through it on a short call if you want one.
